A week or so ago a friend sent me an email. It had a link in it, when clicked it was a short video, but what was said in it really stopped me in my tracks.
Unfortunately I can’t find that email or the link (I may have deleted it when cleaning out my in box) or I would’ve put it here.
Essentially what it was about was this person on the video was talking about the emails and messages he gets.
Many of these are along the lines of – You send me the program you’re selling, I’ll try it and if it works then I’ll pay for it.
Or – I’ll try it, when/if I make any money then I’ll pay or it, plus give you a percentage of my profits.
Ahhh if only it were that easy…
It was his reply that stopped me in my tracks.
He said “There is no try, you either do or do not”
That really got me thinking. I certainly have learnt enough to do, not just try, so what is the problem.
Simple, the problem is… ME.
It’s called self sabotage. I know enough to succeed. I have learnt enough to get everything working but there is something holding me back, something stopping me from making that commitment to changing my life.
ME. It’s all about the mind set. Time to stop trying, time to start doing.
Which I started by re-reading Mike Dillards Magnetic Sponsoring.
Especially the part about Your Mind Set. Without the right mind set, if you think the wrong way, you will fail – there is no maybe about it.
You learn what you have to, learn what you need to, then do, don’t try.
